A master’s in business administration with more than three decades of experience in Authentication & Anti-counterfeiting technologies, Ritesh Rupramka is one of the Promoting Directors of Holostik India Limited.

His passion to bring a resounding impact in the anticounterfeiting industry led to the establishment of Holostik in the year 1991. He is one of the key founders of the organization and was instrumental in bringing anti-counterfeit holographic technology to India.

Since the inception of Holostik, he has played a key role in introducing new innovations & technologies. Under his leadership, Holostik started as a Hologram manufacturing company and became a market leader in the year 1999. Also, the company expanded its portfolio to Holographic Packaging Films, Smart and Secured Labels, Holographic Shrink Sleeves, Holographic Wads, LD Strips among other solutions.

Through his efforts, Holostik launched its IT Solution vertical in the year 2106. Today, the vertical is CMMI Dev.3 certified, enabling it to offer Phygital (Physical + Digital) anti-counterfeiting solutions.

Under his management, the company started offering Holograms as tax stamp solutions to excise departments of various State Governments. Til date, Holostik has catered tax stamp applications in 14 states across India.
