Graphics lab team designs holograms as per the requirements of the clients.
A careful study of logos, security features, security layers in conducted by the team.
Various options of hologram designs are created using most advanced design software.
Different options are shown to the client for choosing a final design.
Once finalized the design or artwork is sent to the master lab.
The master lab team receives the artwork from the graphics lab.
It then records and shoots the hologram and prepares a glass master and SHIM (single hologram image master).
The master shoot is done by dot matrix setup, computerised kinemax setup or NOI setup.
The SHIM is then sent for developing holograms after different phases of manufacturing processes.
