Position: Assistant Manager/Manager – New Business Acquisition
Purpose of Position:
Responsible for business development, sales & marketing operations, achieving top & bottom line targets, retention and development of team. Provide organization directional inputs and work closely with the Director S&M. Strategies, visualize and create new business opportunity plan for new opportunities in the existing and proposed segments.

Educational & Technical Qualification:
• B.Sc/ M.Sc
• MBA
Work Experience & Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Provide strategic direction for managing and enhancing organization business.
• Develop new business opportunities in new & existing business segments.
• Increase productivity at all level (Turnover, Revenue Vs Cost, Timely collection of payments etc.)
• Continuously analyses team productivity and sales pipeline to surpass targets.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of products and solutions, and actively solve any issue the customer is facing.
• Come up with the solutions to existing business challenges.
Strategy
• Identification of new opportunities and formulate strategy to converts that opportunities in to business.
• Create and execute business plan with defined strategy.
Go to Market:
• Protect and develop the company’s brand via providing best quality product, solutions, service to customer and support in PR and marketing activities.
• Conduct area specific market research and market intelligence to develop new business opportunity including to face the competition of the competitors.
Talent Management:
• Develop a solution centric approach among all the team members.
• Develop, coach and mentor your team, motivate them for better results.
Years of Experience:
• 6 – 10 years of experience in Direct / Industrial Sales & Marketing (B2B, B2I).
Industry Preference:
• Aroma Chemical & Essential Oils, Fragrances and Flavours.
Strongly Desired Qualities • Good communication skills (written & oral).
• Expertise in making power point presentation. • Good analytical skills
