Job Description:
As a Performance Marketer at Camveda, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics. Your expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques will contribute to the achievement of our brand’s marketing objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to enhance brand visibility, attract new customers, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for Camveda’s D2C brand.
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels such as paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, utilizing data and analytics tools to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling and impactful marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify new growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations for marketing strategy adjustments.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising platforms, agencies, and influencers, to maximize brand exposure and reach.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to develop relevant KPIs, track marketing performance, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in digital marketing, performance tracking tools, and industry best practices, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

1. Performance Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute highly effective performance marketing campaigns, achieving predefined KPIs such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

3. Channel Management: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, ensuring effective allocation of budgets and resources for maximum impact.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports and actionable insights on marketing performance, leveraging data analysis tools and techniques.
6. Shopify Knowledge: Candidate must have knowledge to create landing pages and website update for less dependency on website development agency.
7. Innovation and Industry Awareness: Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and marketing strategies to drive innovation and keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the D2C industry.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing insights and optimizations.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, data visualization tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
